God wants you to be mature. Three times in the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus prayed to God the Father saying “Not as I will, but as You will” – “Your will be done“.

“5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.”
What year is it? – 2018, of course.. and soon it will be 2019.
In this Christmas season when the birth of Jesus Christ is celebrated, consider the mark that it has left in time. The birth of Christ is such a distinguished event in time, that it stands as the mark of transition between two time periods referred to as “B.C” and “A.D”. The year Christ was born is marked 1 A.D.; the year before it is marked 1 B.C.
